Before this I spent a decade in performance marketing and SaaS — running campaigns, building tools, and watching how teams actually use technology day to day. The pattern that kept surfacing was the same: the deal doesn’t die in the pitch, it dies in the admin around it. Happycloser is what came out of paying attention to that.

I work best at the intersection of product, distribution, and execution — moving quickly, shipping the thing, refining in public. Calm, commercial, allergic to theatre.
